: Karen Lin

Karen Lin is a native of Chengdu, Sichuan province. She loves and knows the culture of her hometown well, such as ancient Shu civilization, folk customs and ancient Chinese poetry. She has over 14 years' experience in foreign affairs service and tourism. She is familiar with the whole process of group operation. She is always good at thinking and full of ideas, and always gives the guests a warm experience with the special attention and consideration.

: Kevin Gong

Graduated from the Southwest University of Science and Technology in 2016 majoring in Engineering Management, Kevin pursued a different road compared with most of his classmates because of his affection in nature. His involvement in nature has started far before his graduation, he has become a famous outdoor enthusiasts and nature lover among his classmates during his campus life. Kevin successfully organized biking from Sichuan to Tibet Autonomous Region and Cycling around Hainan Island. He trekked the Poon Hill in Nepal and 20 plus mountains of different sizes in China.

: Meiling Zhang

Being enthusiastic in design and eager to learn, Meiling is playing an increasingly important role within our team in our effort to show the most beautiful side of nature and create the best birding trips for our clients. A collection of beautiful designs by Meiling can be seen from the pre-trip handbooks we have prepared for our clients, unique souvenirs we have made, galleries of beautiful photos she has selected and charming video clips she has made.

: Rainy

Rainy is the Social Media Operations Specialist at Alpine Birding. After earning her degree in Smart Tourism, she joined Alpine Birding in early 2025 to oversee platforms such as Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, Weishi, and our WeChat official account network. She also contributes to the visual design of our website. Through creative short videos, interactive graphics, and engaging thematic campaigns, she builds a dynamic digital bridge between the public and the natural world.
