She officially joined the AlpineBirding team in 2024 and is primarily responsible for team operations and logistics. Guided by her principles of “attention to detail and efficiency,” Wendy ensures that every trip runs smoothly, providing peace of mind for travelers and seamless support for tour guides.

As a key member of the operations team, she also sometimes participates in tours as a logistics guide. Wendy’s hands-on experience on the tours gives her a deep understanding of the unique needs of nature and birding trips—from supporting guides in the field to ensuring guests enjoy a seamless experience.
